Your check-in data (stress level, energy, sleep) is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your sessions. This data is not stored by Anthropic after processing. No personally identifiable information is included in AI requests.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use HTTPS for all connections.
Open the Account tab in the app and tap "Delete my account." Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies. No analytics cookies.
