LiveNew is a cortisol-regulation iPhone app. Iris, the in-app AI, reads your real biometrics from Apple Health and gives you the right action for every hour of your day — no timers, no meditation, no streaks.
Iris reads your biometrics each morning and gives you the right action for every hour.
Iris is the AI inside LiveNew. Every morning she reads your real biometrics from Apple Health — sleep duration, HRV, resting heart rate — and shapes the rest of your day around the rhythm your nervous system actually has, not the one you wish you had. No surveys. No setup. No mood quizzes.
LiveNew divides every day into six cortisol-aware zones — Morning Rise, Peak Focus, Mid-morning, Afternoon Dip, Wind-down, and Sleep. Each zone gets one specific action: sunlight timing, coffee timing, food choices, recovery, sleep setup. Not five things. One. Iris picks the right one based on what your data shows that morning.
When stress hits, tap once. Iris responds in one line and adjusts the rest of your day. Two seconds. No journaling, no streaks, no breathing exercise you don't have time for.
Your current zone, your next action, and a live countdown to your next transition — all on your Lock Screen. You don't have to open the app to be helped by it.
LiveNew is a cortisol regulation app for iPhone. The in-app AI, named Iris, reads your real biometrics from Apple Health every morning and gives you the right action for every hour of your day. There are no timers, no meditation, no streaks, and no mood quizzes. The app is designed to be opened in five-to-ten-second bursts throughout the day, not in twenty-minute sessions.
Each morning, LiveNew reads three numbers from Apple Health — sleep duration, heart rate variability (HRV), and resting heart rate. Iris translates those numbers into a plain-language read on how your nervous system is starting the day. The rest of the day is structured into six cortisol-aware zones: Morning Rise, Peak Focus, Mid-morning, Afternoon Dip, Wind-down, and Sleep. Each zone gets one specific action that targets cortisol regulation directly: sunlight timing, hydration, coffee timing, food choices, recovery actions, and sleep setup.
LiveNew addresses dysregulated cortisol patterns. Common symptoms include feeling wired but tired, sharp mornings that crash by afternoon, brain fog, trouble falling asleep despite exhaustion, slow recovery from workouts or stress, and a general sense of running on cortisol instead of energy. These patterns are driven by the modern day disrupting a natural daily cortisol rhythm. LiveNew is designed to put that rhythm back.
LiveNew is for knowledge workers, founders, and high-output professionals running on stress instead of energy; anyone with disrupted sleep or unexplained afternoon crashes; people who own an Apple Watch or iPhone that tracks sleep and HRV and want their data to do something useful; and anyone who has tried meditation apps like Calm or Headspace and bounced because they require too much time or feel too generic.
LiveNew is not a meditation app. It does not have guided breathing exercises, twenty-minute sessions, mindfulness curricula, mood journaling, or streak mechanics. It is also not a generic habit tracker. Instead, it uses real, continuously-updated biometrics as input and outputs a single specific protocol per cortisol zone. The closest analog is having a knowledgeable coach who reads your morning recovery data and tells you exactly what to do with your day — except it lives on your Lock Screen and costs less than ten dollars a month.
LiveNew offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, the app is $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year (about $5 per month annualized). One subscription includes every feature. There are no tiers, no add-ons, and no in-app purchases beyond the subscription itself.
LiveNew is iOS-only. It requires iOS 17.0 or later and an iPhone. The Apple Health integration is core to the product. Android support is not available.
